The ideal candidate will exhibit extensive experience in orthopedic and cataract surgeries and possess proficient knowledge in operating surgical equipment.

Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, instruments, and supplies. Scrub in on DaVinci Robotics cases, as well as orthopedic surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment. Travel between multiple locations, primarily within the region, to support surgical teams as needed.

Adhere to established protocols to maintain patient safety and quality of care. Float to other facilities as required, depending on staffing needs and surgical demand. Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled, including weekend shifts and weeknight calls.

Qualifications Current Massachusetts Licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA are required. Demonstrated experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system. Strong background in orthopedic and cataract surgical procedures.

Experience with DaVinci Robotics is necessary; additional spine surgery experience is a plus. Previous travel experience is preferred. Flu vaccination is required prior to starting the position.
