Details Work in a 14-bed Medical ICU with minimal cardiac patients Patient population includes sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac and trauma cases Patient ratio of 1:2 with charge nurse free of patient assignments IABP equipment used occasionally Paragon EHR system used 12-hour day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Every other weekend required No on-call requirements Requirements Active WA or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA certifications required) Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience required Medical ICU experience and TNCC preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Work as part of a collaborative ICU team that holds each other accountable to best practices Teaching hospital located in Kennewick, WA serving the Tri-Cities area 111-bed facility offering services including ED, Family Medicine, Ortho/Joint replacements, OBGYN, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and more Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment American Traveler Job ID P-777291.
