Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, Ohio Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710–$1,800 Start Date: November 9, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift Hours: 36 hours per week Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse assignment Openings: 2 LTAC Registered Nurse Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in Ohio At least 1 year of professional RN experience required Two or more years of bedside clinical experience preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before the first shift Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on unit and patient-care needs Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to medically complex patients in a fast-paced long-term acute care setting Travel RN Responsibilities Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within required timeframes and use findings to develop individualized plans of care. Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and communicate pertinent information promptly to the care team and providers. Support patient rehabilitation goals through education, encouragement, and collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Initiate discharge planning at admission and provide teaching to prepare patients and families for continued care. Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care-plan updates accurately and on time. Delegate appropriately and provide direction, training, and supervision to nursing assistants, practical nurses, and orienting staff. Promote patient and employee safety by following infection prevention, safe-handling, fall-prevention, and workplace safety practices. Prioritize assignments, manage time effectively, and contribute to efficient unit operations. Assume charge responsibilities after orientation as requested and participate in ongoing professional development.
