Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical | Travel | Rockford, IL Assignment Overview We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Medical Surgical units. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in utilizing the nursing process in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care. This role is suited for candidates with a focus on patient safety and experience, ready to start quickly.

Assignment Details Start Date: Quick Start Shift Details: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 3x12 hour shifts Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable)

Location: Rockford, IL Responsibilities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in providing patient care. Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved techniques and policies. Document care according to standards of care. Develop and execute a personalized patient plan of care. Participate in performance improvement activities. Offer clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care. Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalating issues as needed.
