Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our clinical team. This role is open to first-time travelers.

Qualifications Required Licensure & Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ability to pass tele exam during compliance; PALS preferred Skills Required: General MedSurg, including chest tubes, tracheostomies, PICC/midlines/central lines, Foley catheters, NG tubes, dressing changes, wound vacs, and ostomies. Telemetry skills are also required. Pediatric and psychiatric experience is preferred but not mandatory. Patient Types Responsibilities include caring for a diverse patient population including: Adults, with pediatric patients possibly assigned based on experience Post-surgical patients Stroke patients Oncology (no chemotherapy experience required) CHF (congestive heart failure) COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) Respiratory issues GI issues Orthopedic patients (total joints) COVID-19 patients Occasionally, there may be total care assignments where the RN may act in a CNA capacity.

Operational Details Shift Times: 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend EMR System: Epic Floating Required: Across designated medical-surgical units and the emergency room for MedSurg holds Work Environment This role is in a community hospital setting with a total of 226 beds, providing an opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic healthcare team.
