Job Description: Provided comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with complex medical, cardiac, and post-surgical conditions. Monitored cardiac rhythms and interpreted telemetry strips to identify arrhythmias and abnormal cardiac patterns. Administered medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments while monitoring patient responses. Performed head-to-toe assessments and monitored vital signs, laboratory results, and changes in patient conditions. Managed patients with CHF, MI, AFib, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, and diabetes. Collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
