Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel BLOCK SCHEDULING IS NOT AVAILABLE OR THIS NEED A 48HR GT IS NOT AVAILALBE FOR THIS NEED Patient Ratios - 6:1 (at the most) Also, 2 LNA's to assist as well as a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor EMR - EPIC Job Summary: Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement nursing standards in the processes of care Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Travelers may not take all holidays off.
