Details Float Pool position within the ICU department of a hospital environment Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, 36-48 hrs/wk Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active CA RN license required BLS certification from an approved vendor required BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Minimum three years of ICU experience required No prior license disciplinary actions permitted Additional Information Delivers coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process Supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, healing, and humane care Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care Facility has received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-764586.
