Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Clinton, South Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry Shift Details This position offers night shifts on a 4x12 schedule, running from 19:00 to 07:30. There is a requirement for weekend coverage every other weekend, with the potential for changes based on organizational need. Job Responsibilities Provide specialized care for adult patients with life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions. Administer vasoactive drugs and antiarrhythmic therapies, including continuous monitoring of patient response. Efficiently perform defibrillation and cardioversion as necessary. Conduct thoracentesis procedures and perform cardiac telemetry monitoring. Maintain patient safety through non-invasive blood pressure monitoring and EKG interpretation. Float to various units or other facilities as required by staffing needs. Patient Population The target patient population includes adults with common cardiovascular diagnoses such as: Sepsis Myocardial Infarction (MI) Unstable Angina Coronary Artery Disease Patients may also be undergoing IV antiarrhythmic therapy, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation treatments.

Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting is preferred, with consideration for first-time travelers based on experience.

At least 1 year of experience with the EPIC electronic health record system is mandatory.
