Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN (Registered Nurse), RN-Medsu | Travel | Illinois Assignment Overview Join our Adult Medical Specialty Unit team, where you will deliver care in an acute setting with 56 beds, providing treatment for a variety of conditions such as cellulitis, sepsis, dehydration, and more. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with experience in central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes, preferably with EPIC and MedSurg experience.

Charting System: EPIC Number of Openings: Not specified Responsibilities Provide patient care for adults with acute medical conditions Administer and monitor BiPAP/CPAP for sleep apnea Collaborate with PCTs for patient assessments and cares Participate in the rotation to other acute care general medical areas as needed Qualifications Required: Active IL license or initiation of application process Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Skills in central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes Commitment to a drug-free workplace Preferred: Experience with EPIC charting system Travel experience on a MedSurg floor Experience in a Level I trauma center Job Type Travel Benefits Not specified PEL/VIP Job ID 66011089.
