Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Jefferson City, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Floor. This position provides care for medical-surgical patients in a hospital-based setting, with a typical patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7. The assignment is scheduled from 11/16/2026 through 02/15/2027 and includes 12-hour night shifts.

Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Active Tennessee nursing license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification At least 2 years of nursing experience Medical-surgical and telemetry experience Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Patient assignments typically range from 1:6 to 1:7. Royal blue scrubs are required. No on-call responsibilities are listed. Requested time off must be submitted with the application, and missed days may need to be completed at the end of the assignment.
