Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Details This position is for a Night Shift Nurse working 4x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage will be required on an every-other-weekend basis, subject to change based on patient care needs. Flexibility to float to different units or facilities as needed is also expected. Patient Population The role involves caring for adult inpatients with actual or potential life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions.

Common diagnoses include: Sepsis Myocardial Infarction (MI) Unstable Angina Coronary Artery Disease Additionally, the patient population may consist of cardiac patients requiring: IV antiarrhythmic therapy Vasoactive infusions Anticoagulation Special Procedures and Unit Details The Registered Nurse will perform various specialized procedures, including: Vasoactive drug administration Antiarrhythmic drug therapy Thrombolytic therapy Defibrillation/Cardioversion Thoracentesis Cardiac telemetry monitoring Electrocardiogram (EKG) Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring Qualifications Applicants must possess the following certifications and licenses: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) Current RN license in South Carolina Additionally, candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience with EPIC electronic health records.
