Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/08/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings, nights Employment Type: Travel ER RN – Evenings/Nights 3x12-hour shifts, 2p–2a 36 hours/week Minimum 2 years of ER experience required Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, SAFE (provided at facility) NRP and TNCC preferred Active Missouri or Compact RN license required at submission Meditech experience preferred 16-bed ER; patient ratio 1:4 Must have adult/pediatric emergency experience, including cardiac monitoring, trauma, stroke, respiratory emergencies, psychiatric emergencies, IV therapy, and triage Every other weekend required; some holidays expected Floating to other departments as needed within competency Locals within 60 miles not accepted — no exceptions COVID vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions accepted About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
