Unit Information Location: Derry, NH Number of OR Rooms: 4 Staffing: 5 Registered Nurses (RNs), 6 Surgical Technologists (STs), with 4 as First Assists Shifts: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Night Shift: On Call from 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Types of Procedures: Robotic, Orthopedic, Total Joint, ENT, GYN, General, Bariatric, Podiatry, etc.

EMR System: Meditech Awards: CNOR strong certification for 3 consecutive years; recognized as a Unit of Distinction in 2019 Certifications: Joint Commission certified in both Knee and Hip procedures Position Overview Core Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting. Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in both robotic and conventional techniques. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications Required: BLS Certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting Active nursing license in New Hampshire at the time of submission Preferred: Experience with scrub procedures CNOR certification Ideal Candidate Attributes Flexible and adaptable to varying circumstances Possesses a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Additional Information Dress Code: Grey scrubs provided and laundered by the facility Weekend and On-Call Requirements: Rotate every 5-6 weekends; one on-call evening per week Thrive Staffing Job ID 19364737.
