The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Shift Details Shift Type: Night Shift Shift Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions as necessary. Document patient health information and care provided accurately.

Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. Active and valid Ohio Registered Nurse license or Compact State license. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Willingness to obtain NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty area required for submission; charge nurse references accepted. Orientation Requirements During orientation, candidates will be required to complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment, achieving acceptable scores on both assessments.
