Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards.

Requirements Active CA OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule).

Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred; new graduates are welcome. Strong documentation and time-management skills. Flexible and collaborative mindset.

Preferred schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance.

Additional Information Holiday coverage is required.
