Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services that comply with state and federal regulations and adhere to facility guidelines. The role encompasses patient evaluation, the formulation of personalized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapeutic services aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary. Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. Document services accurately and in a timely manner.

Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families. Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT). Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one). Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
