Responsibilities Assess and determine patients' health status using multiple data sources. Develop and implement individualized Nursing Plans of Care. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and document patient responses.

Administer medications safely and accurately using BMV scanning. Lead and supervise patient care activities, including crisis management.

Qualifications Valid RN license and certification. Proven experience in surgical or operating room settings. Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning.
