Unit Information Location: Thornton, CO Unit type: Cardiac Cath Lab Number of Beds: 3 Holding Bays and 2 Cath/Suites Number of Staff: 9 Day Shift: 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM Patient Ratios: 3 staff to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area Type of Equipment: GE Innova Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab EMR: Meditech Job Overview This position requires a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab team. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.

Qualifications Required Skills Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Preferred Skills Holding experience Monitoring experience Typical Procedures Performed Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) Peripheral diagnostic and interventions Pacing, ICD insertions, and Cardioversions Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) Tilt Table Tests and Dobutamine Stress Tests Personality Fit The ideal candidate should possess a positive, flexible attitude and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
