Details Works in the Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting May be placed on a PCU, Med-Surg, or Stepdown unit based on skill set and facility need Day shift schedule from 07:00-19:30 Every other weekend and every other holiday required Float required within skill set to onsite unit or to sites within 40 miles if needed Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active WI or compact RN license Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) NIH Stroke Scale certification required 2 years of PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Must be able to perform both Med-Surg and Stepdown (PCU) skill sets Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start Additional Information Will accept 13 to 26 week contract lengths Must reside within a defined radius of the facility to qualify for full travel rate, with reduced rate for local candidates within that radius Travelers should discuss extension opportunities with their manager at least 45 days before assignment end date COVID vaccination is not required Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-781565.
