Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a challenging and rewarding environment. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient vital signs and medical telemetry, assisting with patient assessments, and providing essential education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs for assigned patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety. Conduct thorough patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans.

Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively. Document patient interactions, assessments, and responses in accordance with applicable standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing or related field. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
