Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical unit with overflow support in telemetry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administering various cardiac drips, including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone, while maintaining optimal patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit. Manage and administer cardiac drips as required. Maintain a safe and effective patient care environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Current certifications in BLS and NIHSS are required; ACLS certification is preferred.

Candidates must be proficient in managing drips. Must comply with a 90-mile radius rule; local candidates are not accepted. Pending nursing licenses will be considered.

Previous permanent staff members are ineligible for travel positions for 10 years. Work Schedule This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 4x12-hour shifts, from 0700 to 1930, with block scheduling potentially accommodated. Uniform Scrubs must be navy blue.
