Details Acute Care Med/Surg unit with 44 beds and 40 staffed Patient ratios of 1:5, possibly 1:6, for both days and nights CNA support available at approximately 1:8-1:10, including use as sitters Shifts run 12 hours, 6:45a-7:15p Every other weekend required, holidays as needed Floating required to all acute care units, cardiac unit, or EC for acute care patient holds Telemetry patients present but monitored on a different unit Uses MEDITECH EMR, experience preferred but not required Requirements Active GA or compact RN license required Current BLS and NIHSS certifications, both must be AHA-issued Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required At least 1 prior travel assignment required Additional Information General orientation is 1 week and includes EMR training Floor-specific orientation is 2 days Scrub color required is Caribbean Blue Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility based on the address listed on their driver's license Not eligible for placement if previously employed by the facility within the last 12 months American Traveler Job ID P-773407.
