This role requires proficiency in circulating for heavy orthopedic, urology, spine procedures, and robotic surgeries. The RN will be expected to assess patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards of patient care. Job Responsibilities Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible parties. Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a positive workplace environment by using effective conflict management and communication skills. Meet core measure responsibilities relating to patient care. Participate in continuing education and maintain professional development. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Weekend/Call Requirements The RN will be required to take call during one weeknight and two weekend days per month, with the possibility of additional call requirements depending on departmental needs. Floating to other facilities may also be necessary. Licenses and Certifications Current Illinois Registered Nurse License Current CPR/BLS Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
