Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Sonora, California.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider, in accordance with Adventist Health policy. Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) , as specified in the job requirements. Ability to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple patient care needs in an acute care setting. Preferred Qualifications Previous acute care hospital experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience providing care to medical-surgical patients.

Experience with patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, patient education, and discharge coordination.
