Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency department, managing critical and non-critical cases, and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.

Shift Details Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Every other weekend requirement Floating required when census warrants Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting First-time travelers are welcome Mandatory certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Competency in phlebotomy and IV placement required Epic experience preferred Required Skills General Emergency Department skills for both adult and pediatric patients Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Management of patients with multi-system organ dysfunction/failure Blood product administration and central line care/management Starting IVs and administering continuous IV medications, including paralytics and sedation Administration of emergency medications and IV vasopressors Procedural sedation administration Stroke assessments (CVA) and adhering to isolation precautions Additional Information The position requires minimal requests for time off.
