Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D nursing and the ability to provide high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns.

This role may require floating to other areas as needed.

Responsibilities Provide nursing care to laboring patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Monitor fetal and maternal well-being during labor and delivery. Administer IV medications and manage pain relief as appropriate.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care. Document patient care activities in the electronic health record system. Participate in patient education and prepare patients for discharge.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Proficient in starting IVs and managing intravenous therapies.

Experience with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred. Shift Information This position is for night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30.
