Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities: Perform within system-wide competencies/behaviors, participate in quality improvement efforts, utilize research and evidence-based practice, apply the nursing process based on Relationship Based Care, formulate daily goals, and promote safe, high-quality patient care.

Patient Care & Communication: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, patients, and families, demonstrating solid communication skills, comprehensive documentation, and cultural competency.

Teaching & Environment: Provide detailed education to patients and families, foster an environment of open dialogue and continuous development, and support a healing environment.

Additional Information: Performs other duties as assigned, in accordance with organizational competencies and behaviors, and demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.
