Job Summary Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with any corrective actions. Develop a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling.

This role also serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department. Required Qualifications Seven (7) years of experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

RN License. Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). BLS certification.
