Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel MS Tele Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing interventions.

Shift Details Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs Patient Care Ratios The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5.

Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in MS/Tele, including telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Licensure: South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Preferred Experience: Community hospital experience.

First-timers: Yes, first-time travelers are accepted.

Additional Information Local Radius: 60 miles.

Local Candidates: Accepted at 10% less than the posted bill rate.

Guaranteed Hours: The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Environmental Considerations Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, they may be assigned to emergency response teams. This season runs from June through November, with the peak months being August and September. It is advised to avoid confirming new or extended assignments during this time period.
