Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Float Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 3479942 MS/Tele Float Will float to all inpatient areas except W/I. Need to be a strong nurse with a minimum of 2 years of bedside nursing as an RN. Need to be able to work independently and have strong nursing skills.

Ratios: 1:4-6 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS Preferred: Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI Is on-call REQ? No Open to accommodating block schedule? No Special Requirements: - IV Start required; Telemetry Require - We need strong, independent, experienced nurses to float our large campus. The nurses will float to Med Surg, Tele, Trauma, Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Neuro, Medicine and COVID. Some floors are primary nursing.
