Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Unit Information: CVOR Surgery Location: Sunrise Hospital Address: 3186 S Maryland Pkwy Floor: CVOR 701 Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 23 OR’s, 4 CVOR · Number of Staff – 20 CVOR staff members · Type of staff: o Day Shift – ( Day shift RN, CST, CFA, charge nurse) o Night Shift – in house trauma team plus call teams · Patient Ratios – 1:1 · Type of equipment – 1 hybrid room · EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · 2 years of CV experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Peds experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · CABG · Valve surgery · TAVR · Vascular/Thoracic Best personality Fit: · Friendly, easy going, hardworking, multi-tasker REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · RN: ACLS, BLS, PALS The on-call shifts for RN’s would be 2 on-call shifts per week and 1 on-call weekend per month. 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM-WEEKENDS ROTATE/13 WEEKS Please message if interested.
