Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse specializing in Long Term Care. This position provides nursing care in a long-term care setting for a 13-week assignment beginning 11/23/2026. The role includes night shifts, weekend coverage, holiday coverage, and care for patients with dementia.

Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week; Monday through Sunday scheduling. No block schedules are available.

Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse credentials; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 3 years of experience; prior travel experience; Long Term Care experience; comfort caring for patients with dementia.

Additional Information: Assignment length is 13 weeks. A minimum of every other weekend may be required. Travelers must work 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Preplanned time off must be communicated before the assignment begins. Orientation is held on Mondays every other week.
