Details Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Uses Epic EMR Required to work at least every other holiday Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to start Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele required Epic EMR experience required One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Co-worker references will not be accepted Required certifications must be active and in hand, not pending Additional Information ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to pass PBDS assessment waived COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Background check hits are reviewed, but candidates with an open case will not be accepted No license hits accepted Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Assignment length may extend up to 18 months, after which a 6-month break from the health system is required American Traveler Job ID P-777137.
