Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current RN license, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), no minimum years of ICU experience required Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiac care or ICU setting, Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) credential recommended Unit Information: 12-bed SICU with staff including RNs, externs, and specialized equipment such as Tablo, IABP, Impella, Swan Ganz, and others Typical procedures include bedside sheath removal, post-cardiac catheterization, and bedside tracheostomy care Team-focused personality preferred Responsibilities: Providing patient-centered critical care to cardiovascular patients, adhering to unit policies and clinical protocols, participating in team-driven patient management.
