Details Work in a unit with 2 Cath Labs and 1 Hybrid OR Adult and geriatric patient population Performs procedures including IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, Structural, PFO, TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman Uses equipment such as GE Innova IGS, Phillips, GE MacLab, IVUS, and FFR EPIC charting system preferred Day shift, 4x10 hours, 6:30am-5:00pm, rotating days as needed Monday-Friday On-call required up to 13 weekdays as needed, 5pm-6am Monday-Thursday Weekend coverage required, inclusive of on-call Friday 5pm through Monday 6am (3 weekends per contract) Holiday coverage required, inclusive of on-call, as scheduled Floating required within scope with no restrictions Requirements Active RN license, MD or Compact, required at time of submission BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only) Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab/Interventional scrubbing experience required Community hospital experience preferred Skilled in professional knowledge areas including ACT, cardioversion, circulating procedures, sheath removal/monitoring, 12 lead EKG/ECG, and dysrhythmia interpretation/management Experience with medications including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, IV vasopressors, and thrombolytics Experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including PCI, left and right heart catheterization, and stent placement Experience with IV therapy, IV infusion pumps, and starting/maintaining IVs Additional Information Provide direct patient care in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab and hybrid OR settings Participate in electrophysiology procedures including LAA closure Must be comfortable floating within scope with no special scheduling requests accommodated Block scheduling cannot be accommodated Holiday coverage required as scheduled First-time travelers are welcome to apply Locals accepted at a reduced local travel rate American Traveler Job ID P-777962.
