Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Speech-Language Pathologist, Inpatient. The position provides speech-language pathology services for adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting, with responsibilities including swallowing, cognition, and speech/language care. The assignment follows a seven-on/seven-off daytime schedule and welcomes first-time travelers.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), CCC-SLP, MBSImP, Vital Stim, and Idaho Speech-Language Pathology license, all required in hand at submission.

Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level II experience preferred.

Schedule: Seven-on/seven-off daytime schedule with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Assignment Period: 11/16/2026 through 02/15/2027.

Additional Information: Clinical responsibilities include bedside swallow evaluations, videofluoroscopic swallow studies, cognition services, and speech/language treatment. The patient population includes adults and geriatric patients with cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury, dementia, dysphagia, encephalopathy, delirium, neurodegenerative diseases, and post-extubation or tracheostomy needs.
