Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical With Telemetry. This position provides care in a medical-surgical setting with telemetry responsibilities on a rotating day and night schedule.

Responsibilities include performing electrocardiograms, interpreting rhythm strips, drawing laboratory samples from peripherally inserted central catheter lines, initiating intravenous lines, and administering cardiac infusions when clinically indicated.

Job Details Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, 12 hours per shift, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other or every third weekend is required.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience Massachusetts nursing license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
