Details Work in a 29-bed private room Tele/PCU Cardiac Unit Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Uses telemetry monitoring and continuous pulse ox equipment Charting via Meditech EMR Floating required to Med Surg, Tele, PCU, and ED Holds Required to work all weekends Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Telemetry experience required 1 year of recent RN experience in PCU specialty required PALS, ICU, Tele, or PCU experience preferred NIH Stroke certification preferred Additional Information Perform respiratory and cardiac assessments on cardiac telemetry patients Care for high fall risk patient populations Assist with blood transfusions, IV starts, and midline/central line removals Team-oriented, self-motivated candidates preferred Navy blue scrub attire required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months American Traveler Job ID P-760855.
