Details Work in the Emergency Services department 13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30) Telemetry standards of care maintained within the Emergency Department Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS NIHSS or Stroke Certification preferred BVP (MAB) training for Workplace Violence Prevention required COVID vaccination/boosters preferred Additional Information Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response Knowledgeable in EMTALA regulations and reporting of child/adult abuse to appropriate agencies and hospital social worker Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-714125.
