Provides coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups while collaborating with healthcare professionals and supervising nursing staff. Applies clinical judgment, the nursing process, and established standards of care to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.

Job Details Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care experience.

Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe healing environment, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
