Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during their hospital stay. This role involves working night shifts and requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor vital signs and manage life support equipment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.

Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting required. ACLS and BLS certification required.

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
