Job Details Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment Specialty: ICU / Critical Care Float Pool Shift: 12-hour night shifts Schedule: 3x12s, with weekend coverage expected Duration: 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040 Start Date: 11/2/2026 Patient Population: Adults Setting: Critical Care Float Pool supporting multiple ICU specialties Location: Columbus, OH 43210 Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Epic charting experience required Prior travel nurse experience strongly preferred Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management required Ability to work in a high-acuity critical care environment Must be comfortable floating to equivalent or lower-acuity units as needed Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult critical care patients Float among ICU units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, CVICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics as needed Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care setting Manage ventilators, IV therapies, telemetry, and complex ICU interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support excellent patient outcomes Document accurately and efficiently in Epic electronic health record (EHR) Adapt to unit needs while maintaining strong clinical judgment and professionalism Why Apply for This Travel Nursing Job?
