Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 Schedule: 3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Assignment Length: 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770 Start Date: 10/23/2026 End Date: 1/22/2027 Orientation: 16 hours Openings: 2 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state license in hand at the time of submission Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU or neonatal Level III experience required Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required Experience providing care in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care setting One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required Required certifications must be active and ready for submission Ability to complete facility onboarding assessments during orientation Willingness to complete pre-start modules and required compliance steps before assignment begins Responsibilities Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU Monitor neonatal patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to NICU standards Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient updates effectively Support families with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment Follow facility protocols, safety standards, and all required compliance procedures Apply now to join this Travel NICU RN opportunity in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and make a meaningful impact on neonatal patient care.
