Details Critical access hospital offering outpatient, inpatient, and home visit services with a swing bed program in a rural community 3 outpatient PT clinics plus inpatient rehab needs, with staff flexibility required to cover both areas as needed Day shift schedule, 4x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Hours may vary from 34-40 per week depending on census or caseload Weekend rotation required every 3rd weekend No on-call requirements Floating to sister facility clinics required Open to accommodating block scheduling Epic experience preferred Requirements Minimum 1 year of PT experience required; new grads may be considered BLS certification required MT state license required if applicable Strong documentation and assessment skills, including pain assessment Experience with patient and family education Professional clinical knowledge and skills required Additional Information Role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain patient independence Collaborative work with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings Opportunity to gain broad clinical exposure across multiple care settings Located in a small, close-knit Western Montana community offering access to outdoor recreation including skiing, fishing, and national parks First-time travelers accepted Local candidates accepted No RTO restrictions noted Travel pairs accepted and may work the same shift American Traveler Job ID P-780559.
