Details Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 13-week assignment length Patient ratio of 4:1 Uses Paragon charting system No on-call requirements, but weekend shifts are required Floating required if needed, per facility policy Requirements Active OH RN license or compact RN license required in hand Minimum 1 year of active RN experience required BLS and ACLS certifications required, PALS preferred Experience with Paragon charting system preferred Skilled in cardiac monitoring and emergency response Experience managing dysrhythmias Proficient in IV therapy and phlebotomy Central line care and management experience Experience administering IV vasopressors and medications Respiratory management skills including BiPAP/CPAP Experience caring for ventilated patients Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use Triage experience required US citizenship required for consideration Two professional references required for consideration Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information Any solid color scrubs accepted First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the travel rate Disclose any license history issues in advance for review Responsibilities include emergency patient care, triage, and management of critical conditions American Traveler Job ID P-775753.
