Anne Certifications: BLS required; WOCN preferred, WCC accepted Charting: Epic Travel Experience: Not required Call/Weekends/Holidays: None Responsibilities: Assess, manage, and coordinate wound care for 5–15 patients daily. Treat pressure, vascular, arterial, diabetic, and surgical wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and incontinence-related skin conditions. Manage wound vacs, including Smith & Nephew systems. Develop care plans, document assessments, coordinate discharge supplies, and educate patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on wound prevention and treatment recommendations. Perform photo documentation using a facility-provided phone.
