Start Date: 12/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Ortho Registered Nurse in Burlington, NC. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN with a specialty in Orthopedic care to provide high-quality nursing services to our patients. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as total joint replacements and fracture repairs.

Key Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required. Previous travel experience is required. Work 3x12-hour shifts, from 07:00 to 19:30, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). No call required, but floating may be necessary as needed. Charge RN shifts will be required as needed. Provide care to patients from adulthood through geriatrics, focusing on orthopedic and medical-surgical patients. Utilize telemetry monitoring as needed. Support patient rehabilitation in the unit's physical therapy gym. Manage high-volume patient populations, including those undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties. Handle moderate volume patient populations, including other surgical procedures and inpatient observation patients.
