Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry position providing overnight nursing care for adult medical patients in an inpatient medical telemetry setting. The role requires cardiac telemetry strip interpretation, clinical assessment, and safe care coordination for a patient assignment of approximately four to five patients per Registered Nurse.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Care is provided to adult medical patients in a medical telemetry setting. The role requires the ability to read cardiac telemetry strips. Conditional Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) licenses expiring on or after 12/15/2026 may be accepted.
