Job Details Specialty: ICU Shift: 12-hour Nights Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours:36 Orientation Date: December 14 only EMR: Cerner Unit Size: 21 beds Patient Ratio: 1:1–1:2 Scrub Color: Navy blue Interview Process: IVS interview; manager makes the offer Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience . Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory. Active Tennessee (TN) nursing license or compact license must be on file at the time of submission.

Current certifications required: BLS ACLS NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Patient Population & Clinical Experience The ICU cares for adult patients aged 18 and older.

Common diagnoses include: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) Pneumonia Withdrawal Cardiogenic shock Candidates should have strong critical care assessment and management skills.

Scheduling Requirements 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Weekends required. Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays. No block scheduling. The unit creates the schedule. Candidates must remain flexible to meet staffing needs. Must be available for the December 14 orientation. Floating Requirements Floating to Stepdown and the Emergency Department may be required as needed. Although the requisition field says floating is not required, the comments explicitly mention floating to Stepdown/ER. Confirm the floating expectation with the facility before submission.
